Frito-Lay issued a recall on Dec. 16 for a limited number of 13-ounce bags of Lay’s Classic Potato Chips distributed in Oregon and Washington.
The recall only affects Lay’s Classic Potato Chips and no other products, flavors, sizes, or variety packs.
The recall was initiated because the chips may contain undeclared milk, posing a risk to those with milk allergies.
The recalled chips are in 13-ounce bags with specific UPC codes and manufacturing codes.
Consumers with affected bags should contact Frito-Lay Consumer Relations and individuals allergic to milk should not consume the chips and dispose of any affected bags.
