Will Smith "Ozzfest is the least African-American Event" 🤔

It turns out Chris Rock isn't the only target of Will Smith's sucker punches. The rapper-turned-actor is calling Ozzy Osbourne's Ozzfest "the least African-American event" outside of curling.

Smith makes the revelation in his 2021 memoir Will, in which he discusses his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith's appearance in the rock festival in 2005 with her band "Wicked Wisdom". "Ozzfest is the least African-American event outside of that broom-and-big-ass-hockey puck thing they do at the Olympics," Smith writes, making a reference to curling.

Smith goes on to say despite his reservations, the appearance of Pinkett-Smith's band at the show proved to be successful. "Ozzfest is a purist audience, and what began as skepticism and dismissal, with every show was transformed first into silence, and ultimately into respect," he writes. "Jada's appearance at Ozzfest was so successful that Guns N' Roses asked her to open for them on their upcoming tour."

Jada & "Wicked Wisdom" DID go on to open for G-N-R and did have a really good run of it. A couple of album and about 4 years worth of productivity.

If you never got to see them, here ya go!
