Another great iconic event has been officially postponed; The Indianapolis 500 has been moved to Aug 23 for 2020. What has been a mainstay for the Memorialk Day weekend for ages is now being moved to August amid the COVID-19 crisis. Very disappointing. Ironically, this was going to be the first year that I was going to see the race as my daughter has a college internship set for the Indianapolis Zoo starting the end of may through the first week of August. We were planning a visit to see her, go to the Zoo, drop in on the Bob & Tom radio show, and then hit the Brickyard for the weekend. Rats! I'm really not liking this whole Coronavirus thing. We'll still go visit her at the Zoo, just not that weekend now. I think the milk might spoil by then.
