Have you ever dozed off at work? Liar. Everyone does once in a while. sometimes you don't even realize you are in a trance and frozen in time staring at the computer or doing a repetitive task, which can sometimes lead to work accidents. Researchers are now saying that a good nap between 2 and 4pm can help employees be more alert, creative, and productive. Some companies are even creating sleep pods for their employees. Taking a nap can also help your health. Talk o you Boss and ask them if you can try it out for a few weeks to see if your attitude and productivity increases. I wouldn't advise wearing your PJ's or watching TV while you should be sleeping.
