Big Chili Cook-Off competition for charity this Saturday at Metro Harley Davidson on the SW side of Cedar rapids. Free to enter if you think you have a good Chili. Entries from 9-11am. Judging is from 11-noon. Then the good part. All you can eat Chili samples from Noon - 2pm. Just $5 with money going to a local charity. metro Harley Davidson has been doing this Chili Cook-off for 26 years. Last year 40 different kinds. I'm making my Rock & Roll Roadkill chili and competing against WMT's Doug Wagner on a side bet. Question is, do I add beans into my chili or not. Normally I don't have beans in my chili.. but if that's what people like, I'll do it. Chime in below and let me know. Hope to see you out this Saturday Feb 11th.
