ICAN Leader: Nuclear Destruction "One Impulsive Tantrum Away"

This year's winner of the Nobel Peace Prize is warning that nuclear war is just an "impulsive tantrum away."  The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons was presented with the Peace Prize Sunday in Oslo, Norway.  The group's head Beatrice Fihn accepted the prize, saying the destruction of entire cities could come from a moment of panic or carelessness, or because of someone's bruised ego.

She said the only rational course of action is stop living under those conditions.
