The late Phil Everly is among the stars who've passed away over the last 12 months who was remembered at the Grammy Awards.
Green Day's Billie Joe Armstrong and country singer Miranda Lambert paid tribute to him during the CBS ceremony with a performance of The Everly Brothers' classic, "When Will I Be Loved."
Just a couple of months ago Armstrong teamed up with Norah Jones to remake The Everly Brothers' second album, Songs Our Daddy Taught Us, calling their version Foreverly.
Another late rock legend was also acknowledged during the ceremony. As part of the introduction of Metallica's performance, 30 Seconds To Mars frontman Jared Leto said a few words in honor of the late Lou Reed.
